JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
✨At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
✨Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
✨Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ In charge of providing outstanding customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed commercial banking customers.
✨ Recognize and meet the needs of both present and future clients while abiding by banking regulations.
✨ First phone call for customers who require immediate upkeep and assistance for a variety of commercial banking products
✨ Work together with stakeholders to address a client's issue.
