IT Infrastructure Manager (46978) - Sto. Tomas Batangas

Salary: 56,000 - 90,000
Mondays- Fridays, With 1 day WFH per week

Required Experience:
・Graduate of Bachelor's Degree / Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related course
・With at least five (5) years of experience in administering and managing IT infrastructure (Managerial level)
・Expertise in Server (On-premise and Cloud)/Client in Windows environment, Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN), Telephony (PABX – Private Automatic Branch Exchange) and IT Security, including Firewall and endpoint security
・Skills in technical support for client PC, printer and other IT devices
・Knowledge in SAP, HRMS, MS Office, Database, Programming
・Knowledge in business process
・Excellent management, problem solving and decision making
・Skills in documentation, business writing, reporting and presentation skills
・ Coaching, mentoring and training
・Good communication and interpersonal skills
・Team player and be able to perform in high pressure work environment.

Responsibilities:
・Responsible for managing the overall IT infrastructure, operations, controlling and maintenance
・Responsible for systems project management, business process design, development, continuous improvement and support
・Responsible for implementing IT security, taking into consideration the confidentiality, integrity and availability
・Ensures the department’s key performance indicators and business plans are achieved through controlling and monitoring of systems and operations
・Responsible for planning IT infrastructure
・Establishes IT Procedures and Policies based on Sojitz Corporation IT Security policy
・Responsible for logical and physical security of IT infrastructure
・Evaluates business requirements and recommends solutions, and automation, whenever applicable
・Provides tier two (level 2) user support and troubleshooting
・ In case of security incident/ information breach, the administrator reports to the management immediately
