Job Description

Summary

Review and evaluate IT business systems and business requirements. Writes detailed description of requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Tests and coordinates testing of changed computer programs. Coordinates implementation of new functionality. Provides secondary support for business software. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Leads local IT system projects.

Essentials

-Acts as Project Lead for local IT system projects.
-Designs new system functionality through collaboration with the development team.
-Assists business partners in implementing new functionality.
-Consults with users and gathers, analyses, and prioritizes their problems and requirements.
-Analyze requests and develop system requirements from workflow charts or diagrams to support business processes.
-Consults with department heads and business process teams to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming and coding required.
-Manages system requirements including prioritization and coordination with representatives from other business units.
-Tests computer software, tracks bugs and coordinates end user testing.
-Compiles documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.
-Coordinates version control and Release Notice communication with users.
-Provides second level support to users thru IT ticketing system.

We are looking for:

Education: University graduate

Degree: Graduate of any IT or business course

Experience: 5 years of total work experience, and 3 years of relevant work experience

Experience expectation highlight: Exposure to business process projects and web design software development lifecycle projects in a multi-national manufacturing company; experience using Oracle SQL

Location: Willing to work in Malvar, Batangas, Philippines
