Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Learning and Development Supervisor to lead and manage training programs, employee development initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee skills, promoting career growth, and supporting the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with company objectives and employee needs.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars across various levels of the organization.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and create customized learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Manage the training calendar and ensure timely delivery of all training programs.
• Mentor and support employees to achieve personal and professional development goals.
• Track and report on training program metrics and outcomes to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the retail or mall industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in designing training content using various tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Training and Development or related credentials is a plus.
