MIS Head

 Must be a graduate of IT, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, preferably with MBA.
 With at least 20 years of work experience in the management of an MIS or IT Department with manufacturing firms or a Group of Companies.
 Must be computer proficient and with good working knowledge on computer hardware and software such as system design and analysis, programming, networking and server configuration in a manufacturing setting.
 Must have the ability to manage IT processes to include IT application change management, Security Administration policies and procedures, and back-up, recovery and contingency planning.
 With working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems including programming languages used to develop such ERP's.
 With the ability to conduct audit on IT systems, practices and procedures to ensure reliability of physical control on information security.
 Must know Communication Management, WIFI, Internet and Videoconferencing.
 With network or contacts with suppliers of IT products and services and third-party software developers.
 Must possess above average analytical and communication skills.
 With good leadership skills and must be hands-on.
 Must be able to relate well with all levels inside and outside the organization.
 Must be hardworking, mature with strong initiative and resourcefulness.
 Willing to work in Makati.
