Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Operating System Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our operating systems and related software. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality of our systems, supporting both internal operations and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
System Design and Development: Develop, test, and implement operating system components and enhancements, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources for improved efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the operating system, including performance problems, security vulnerabilities, and software compatibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and security specialists, to integrate and optimize system features.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and procedures to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
Security Management: Implement and manage security protocols to protect the operating system from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
Updates and Upgrades: Plan and execute system updates and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
With or without experience
Willing to work onsite
