Job Description
Maintaining customer balances, which may include but not limited to calling on outstanding balances, sending invoice copies, applying credits, posting checks and credit card payments, helping customer service resolve order disputes, etc.
Will assist covering phone times, order hold releases and working with team emails.
Cover scheduled credit hold times.
Job Requirements:
Two or four-year Finance degree or equivalent experience
1+years of related experience
Experience working with and supporting customer needs (BPO setting)
Experience with MS Office applications and working in shared Outlook emails
Ability to positively work in a team environment
Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong problem solving skills and ability to drive issues to resolution
Must be willing to work on site - IT Park Lahug, Cebu City
Must be willing to work on night shift schedule
