Surveillance Technician

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the monitoring, and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment

• Provides a wide range of services to support, fix, and maintain the hardware and software of an organization's computer systems or bingo machines

• IT technician responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point of contact for IT support within a company

• Attending meetings with technical team and disseminating the matters discussed to the superior

• Updating management on the progress of matters discussed with the technical team, following up & coordinating pending issues

• Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations

• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT/Technician or equivalent qualification with a professional education body

• At least 3 years of bingo / online casino experience in the gaming industry for the Philippine market.

• Proven work experience as Technician / IT

• Fluent in both written & verbal English

• Experienced in inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment

• Good and strong work attitude

• Has knowledge of the technical aspect of the set-up (lights, sounds, streaming)

• Strong analytical thinking skills

• Ability to pay attention to detail

• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly
