Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance through live chat interactions.

What you'll be doing
Engage with customers through live chat to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
Understand and apply technical knowledge to address a variety of customer inquiries
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve customer service processes
Continuously expand your technical expertise to stay up-to-date with product and service developments
