Job Description
- Expand sales network being handled
- Coordinates and maintains good relations with sales network handled
- Develops and evaluates Marketing Programs for sellers and buyers
- Conducts regular Market Research
- Conceptualizes and arrange events, exhibits and other marketing activities
- Analyzes data from reports and recommend and implement interventions, if necessary
- Troubleshoots, analyze and identify problems in the departments operations and recommend changes
- Prepares and updates sales and marketing expenses report
- Monitors sales productions for projects of DGC and ensure that sales target is achieve
- Monitors inquiries and other concerns in Facebook chat boxes of partner brokers and sellers and addressed it to the assigned - - ---- ---- Marketing/Sales Operations personnel
- Prepares special reports assigned by the AVP of Marketing and Sales Operations or Sales Operations Head such budget requests, chargeback payments, and campaign evaluations
- Monitors and motivate subordinates to perform their respective tasks to achieve the goals of the organization
- Conducts performance evaluation of subordinates
