What We’re Looking For:
-Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities
-Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related course.
-Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in dialysis or related medical equipment.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
-Preferred Experience: Familiarity with hemodialysis machines, consumables, and related medical equipment is a plus.
Job Summary
As a Dialysis Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales within your designated territory. Your responsibilities include:
-Selling dialysis machines, consumables, and related medical equipment.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
-Meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic territory management.
-Staying informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales targets and corporate goals.
-Prepare a weekly itinerary and daily post-call reports to maintain structured field operations.
-Attend and actively participate in sales team meetings (twice daily).
-Manage and grow sales activities within the dialysis market in your assigned territory.
-Build solid relationships with key customers and prospects to promote focus products and services.
-Understand competitors’ activities and share insights with the company regularly.
-Keep up-to-date with market developments and trends, reporting this information back to management.
-Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and evaluating potential clients.
-Establish contact and build relationships with prospects, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
-Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service, support, and guidance.
-Propose and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
-Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support organizational objectives.
What’s In It for You?
Compensation:
Php 18,000 basic monthly salary.
Php 5,000 monthly allowances.
Reimbursement for transportation (gas, toll) and food expenses.
Schedule: 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday).
Territories Available:
1. Cavite and Lower Laguna area.
2. Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, and Albay area.
3. Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya.
4. Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao, and Cagayan area.
5. Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, and Abra.
6. Pangasinan, Benguet, and Baguio.
