Job Description
2. Monitors the Automated Visual Inspection process and ensures that correct machine program, inspection type, method, and the standard is carried out for all lots.
3. Facilitates GR&R study on AVI machines to gauge the defect detection capability of each machine.
4. Conduct machine trial within the section as per request of immediate superior.
5. Conducts minor troubleshooting of machine
6. Reports directly to production/engineering head any trouble that may occur on the AVI machines and in the process.
7. Monitors production status and ensures meeting of production deadlines and reports any problems or delays to the immediate superior.
8. Participates in customer complaint root cause analysis and corrective action report.
9. Identifies potential abnormalities or problems that may arise in the process and provides action to contain the problem through SWOT/Opportunity Log/ FMEA/ Risk registry Log.
10. Creates and review Quality management documents to comply with the requirements.
11. Prepares necessary report (CQI, Mancom, Management Review etc.)
12. Monitors the overall work and overtime schedule.
13. Performs other related functions as may be assigned by immediate superior.
