Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Education At least high school graduate
General Skills
Must be a team player and have good coordination abilities.
Must be detail-oriented and well organized to avoid accidents.
Must be physically fit and healthy for lifting heavy items.
Must be open for working long standing hours. Can work well without supervision.

Technical Skills
Strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures
Superior mental and analytical ability and problem solving techniques
Able to interpret technical drawings.
Must have good eye-hand coordination for working with small components.

Experience/s
Required Minimum of 2 years experience in plastic industry of a manufacturing set up
Personal Gender Male Female No Preference

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Production Team Leader in handling technical problem encountered in assembly line.
Prepare and setup required assembly jigs and fixtures in the production line prior to start of production.
Regularly checks settings and condition of assembly tools, such as Automatic Torque Screw and DC Power Supply, when in
use, according to required specification.
Repair defective units encountered by Production Operators in assembly production line.
Investigate and report for the root causes of defective units.
Suggest corrective and preventive action to reduce defective units and recurring defects.
Ensure proper inventory and maintenance of all assembly and inspection jigs and fixtures.
Ensure completeness and correctness of components prior to assembly process.
Monitors calibration due dates on all inspection and testing equipment in Assembly area.
Coordinate calibration of inspection and testing equipment in Assembly area with QCA Engineer
Confirms defective components and attach bad material slip to defective components.
Submit and coordinate bad material slips and defective components to QCA Section for supplier feedback.
Train and assist production operators in trouble shooting of assembly defects.
Ensures strict compliance to repair work and standards.
Replaces Machine Operator in his absence.
Assumes responsibility of Production Team Leader in his absence.
Perform other activities assigned by immediate superior.
