Job Description

As a Leasing Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating, negotiating, and managing leasing activities between lessors and malls. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, handling leasing agreements, and representing the company professionally in all leasing-related matters. Your goal will be to maximize leasing opportunities while maintaining excellent relationships with all parties involved.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in coordinating with malls, managing leasing contracts, and negotiating terms
- Ability to represent the company in negotiations and maintain professional relationships with malls.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Presentable and professional demeanor

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
