Job Description
Position: Customer Services
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Taguig
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Php 20,000-35,000 (package depending on experience)
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 6 months of work experience in a BPO company
Must be willing to work onsite
At least high school graduate
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and precise articulation.
Ability to solve difficulties, resolve confrontations, and escalate situations diplomatically.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Familiarizing yourself with and staying up to date on changes to our programs and tariffs.
Responding to telephone and email requests in a timely manner.
Providing members and health care practitioners with information on member benefits.
Notifying members about outstanding co-payments.
Providing existing and potential members with information about network providers.
