Job Description

-Painting walls, ceiling, and exterior walls. Oiling door knobs, locks, hinges, and gates as required.
-Repairing and unclogging toilet, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wood floors. Installing and repairing wires, plug, and switches.
-Tracking inventory to ensure adequate maintenance supplies. Ensuring fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits remain in excellent working condition.
-Unlocking apartments in instances where tenants have lost or forgotten their keys. Scheduling repairs that require special technical skills.

Qualification
-Must have knowledge and skills in repairing Aircon, Washing Machine, Refrigerator (Appliances)
-Has own motorcycle
-Willing to do field work (Pasig, Paranaque and etc,)

Benefits:
Duty every day is 8hrs (18k-19k)
Paid OT
Meal Allowance 1,500
Performance bonus every month (Up to 2,000 - Performance Based)

Location: Pasig City but will report also in Paranaque near Ayala Malls Manila Bay (Main Office)
