Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their
needs and build trust.
• Proposal Development: Prepare tailored proposals based on client requirements.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance sales strategies and processes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Update scorecard. Prepare and present regular sales and marketing
reports to executive management.
• Delightful Customer Experience: Foster positive customer relationships and ensure exceptional
customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
