Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (PROJECT-BASED 3 MONTHS) 1-URGENT
Makati Office

Salary Offer : P18,000.00
Job Responsilitie :
 Attends to general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments
thru the 24/7 Hotline.
 Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Members
thru the 24/7 Hotline.
 Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
 Billing and payment verification
 Cross departmental Collaboration
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate
superior
Qualifications:
 Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
 Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
 With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
 With good communication skills.
 Willing to work on a rotational shift.
 With Computer/Desktop equipment.
 With good internet connection
