Job Description
Job Summary:
The HR Recruitment Staff is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting & Sourcing:
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Management:
Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication with applicants.
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop job specifications.
Assist in developing and refining recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and paperwork.
Coordinate training sessions and introductions to team members.
Reporting & Metrics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
