Job Description
Graduate of 4 year Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or any related field or its equivalent
With 4-years and above related experience in Training, Learning, and Development
HR-related training is advantageous but not required
Job Descriptions:
Manages overall Training and Development activities
Plans directs, and organizes the Training and Development procedures and processes consistent with the organization's goals and objectives
Proposes improvements in training-related activities and projects
Manages Job Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Competency mapping of the organization's workforce
Manages organization's training programs including implementation and ensures delivery and effectiveness of results
Advises and consults with external training providers in relation to competency requirements of the organization's workforce
Responsible for the section's improvement in terms of Training / Learning & Development.
