Job Description
· 3 years experience as supervisor/manager
· Leadership experience (handled, RTA’s Schedulers, Planners)
· Has an experience in end to end WFM (RTA, Scheduling, Forecasting, Planning)
· Tools: eWFM, Avaya, CMS, NICE IEX, and such
· Should have handled xxxxxxx FTES’s in a program
· Preferrable with experience in Telco Program/s
