Job Description
Proven expertise in assessing and categorizing process improvement priorities, reproducing and escalating issues, and tracking resolutions effectively. Skilled in optimizing inclusive digital experiences using Google's accessibility features such as Talkback, Live Captions, ChromeVox, and other assistive technologies.
Summary:
We are looking for an Accessibility Expert to join our team and lead initiatives to ensure our digital products and services are inclusive and accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with accessibility audits, assistive technologies, and compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and Section 508 standards.
Qualifications:
5 - 8+ years in accessibility consulting or testing (1+ year in project management preferred).
Proficiency with assistive technologies and screen readers (e.g., TalkBack, NVDA, ChromeVox).
Strong analytical, training, and collaboration skills.
High Level of Operating Knowledge and Professional Experience Using various Google Accessibility
Product(s) and Feature(s) (Android, Chrome, ChromeVox, Google Suite Application(s)), Strong
Understanding of Accessibility Standard(s) and Guideline(s) such as WCAG (Web Content
Accessibility Guideline(s)) and Section 508.
• Knowledge of Assistive Technologies and their Use by People with Disabilities, Strong Knowledge on
Current Accessibility Technology Trend(s) and Dynamics, Experience Conducting Accessibility
Audit(s) and Testing, Skill in Creating Audit Form(s) and Performing End-to-End Audit for each Critical
Department within the Program (Workforce, Training and Quality, Operations).
Certifications: COPC Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt.
Analytical and Quality Experience Required (data analysis and process improvement skills).
Expertise in Accessibility and Assistive Technology (practical experience with assistive tools).
Senior accessibility consultants.
Quality analysts or process improvement experts with a focus on accessibility.
Individuals with a background in UX/UI design and accessibility.
Compensation Package:
Competitive salary up to 180,000 - ₱202,800.00 monthly
