Job Description
● Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials,
ensuring they align with our brand goals and marketing objectives.
● Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand design requirements and contribute to the overall visual strategy.
● Innovation: Bring fresh thinking to the design process, exploring new concepts and
approaches to enhance our visual identity.
● Compliance and Brand Consistency: Ensure designs adhere to industry regulations and maintain brand consistency.
● Continuous Improvement and Market Awareness: Stay updated on design trends,
identify optimization opportunities, and adapt design strategies accordingly.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
● 1+ years of experience in graphic design.
● Enthusiasm for creative expression and the ability to bring innovative design ideas to the table.
● Curiosity and passion for creating visually appealing designs that resonate with our
audience.
● Keen awareness of the latest design trends and technologies, with the ability to apply creativity flexibly.
● Provide a personal portfolio showcasing rich video editing experience and creative
talent.
Nice-to-haves
● Financial Industry Experience: Previous experience in graphic design within the
banking or related finance industry is a plus.
● Direct-to-Consumer Product Marketing: Familiarity with direct-to-consumer product
marketing is beneficial for designing materials that promote financial products and
services.
