Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in crafting and executing strategic marketing plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistency of our brand messaging across all marketing efforts, including social media, events, email campaigns, and promotional materials. The role involves close collaboration with the Operations Manager, budget management, and overseeing digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be willing to travel to different provinces.
- Willing to start immediately in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets.
- Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s brand message and vision.
- Lead initiatives to develop effective marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the leasing division to devise pricing strategies aimed at maximizing profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and adjust the marketing approach accordingly to stay competitive.
- Regularly present reports and insights to the Operations Manager on marketing performance and adjustments.

Location: Angeles City, Pampanga
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 60,000
