Who are we looking for?

Candidates who have achieved a minimum of at least 1-year in college or have finished an associate or diploma course.
Minimum of 12 months experience in an L2 technical support line of business, preferably (TELCO) smartphone or point-of-scale devices (POS) technical support
Experience in supporting a blended LOB (voice, emails, and tickets) is preferred but not required
Must be a great team player with the right attitude to work with our international teams and external partners
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work in rotating shifts
Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
