On-Call Dining Staff

Key Responsibilities:
 Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests promptly.
 Take and process orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team.
 Serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail.
 Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
 Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or high-volume service periods.
 Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
 Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during busy shifts.
 Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
 Previous experience in a dining or hospitality role is preferred.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
 Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
 Availability to work on short notice, including evenings and weekends.
 With NBI/National Police Clearance Certificate.
