We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of the business by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics industry
-Conduct sales calls, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients to close deals
-Prepare and deliver customized quotations and proposals tailored to clients' needs
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
-Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities
