Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Barista Supervisor to lead our barista team, ensuring the highest standards of coffee preparation and customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive barista experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for coffee culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor baristas, providing training on coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations.

Quality Control: Ensure all beverages meet our quality standards and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to enhance their experience, provide recommendations, and address any concerns.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee and supplies; assist in ordering and stock rotation.

Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create and innovate beverage offerings, including seasonal specials

Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Performance Monitoring: Track barista performance and provide feedback to improve skills and service quality.

Cash Handling Management: Oversee cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and reconciling daily sales reports.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; a college degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and equipment.
• Experience in cash handling and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Salary:
18.500,00 ₱ Monthly
