Full Stack Software Engineer - (TypeScript - Nest.js - Next.js)

Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer
Salary Package: 100,000.00 - 120,000.00
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Setup: Remote or WFH

Duties & Responsibilities:
- This is a fully remote role and you’ll be joining a growing team in the Philippines and working with a supportive engineering team based in New Zealand.
- In our technology stack we believe in using the best tool for the job, along with stable, smooth and regular releases where we build the best experiences for our customers.
- Work with modern technologies - our tech stack is built on GCP, using NextJS, React and Typescript on the frontend with NestJS and Typescript on the backend.
- Work in an agile delivery team, collaborating with developers, testers and product owners.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and demos with the engineering team and wider business.
- Work in a continual learning environment that fosters and encourages innovation, creativity and collaboration.
- Open communication, strong spoken and written English to communicate your ideas and ask questions.

Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate in any IT related course
- More than 5 years experience in full stack software engineering
- Must handle a team of developers
- Experience in Typescript
- Experience in Nest.js
- Experience in Next.js
- We prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces from Pampanga in North or Laguna in South
- Can start ASAP

- Level 1 Culture Fit Interview (30 mins) via Google Meet
- Level 2 Panel Culture Fit Interview (30mins) via Google Meet
- Technical Final Interview (60 mins) via Google Meet with 2 Interviewer

Salary and Benefits:
- Equipment will be provided by the company
- Non-taxable allowance: PHP 2,000 upon regularization
- HMO Coverage: PHP250,000 per illness per year (Employee + 2 qualified dependents)
