Job Description
• A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality
Management or any related course
• Significant experience in the hospitality
industry, with a proven track record in
hospitality, hotel or resort management
• Previous experience in a managerial or
executive role, preferably as a General
Manager or in a similar capacity.
• Ability to plan and direct the hotel operations
in relation to quality, standards, cleanliness,
maintenance and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
to achieve common goals.
• Solid understanding of financial management,
budgeting, and revenue management, by
maximizing profit and minimizing cost
without sacrificing delivery of the highest
standard of service.
• Experience in driving financial performance
and achieving profitability targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff,
guests, and stakeholders.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer
service and satisfaction.
• Ability to address and resolve guest concerns
in a timely and professional manner • In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry,
market trends, and competition.
• Familiarity with local regulations and
standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to
address operational challenges.
