You will monitor market dynamics and use insights to develop robust global pricing strategies.
In this capacity, you will collaborate across all areas of the organization to develop market understanding and employ data management tools to foster understanding. You will quantify and report monthly global price metrics such as price realization, capture, and discount trends. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To establish strategies to maximize price realization for Branson products globally.
To own the development and execution of Branson’s annual global price plan.
To collaborate with key functions to assess current product and aftermarket pricing strategies and implement plans to address gaps or optimization opportunities.
To leverage historical sales data to support customer segmentation strategies.
To deploy and drive the adoption of tools that ensure consistent implementation of pricing and discount policies globally.
To support negotiations and price management for long-term contracts.
To ensure the sales channel has the training and tools required to improve price realization.
Who You Are:
You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. You are the first to spot possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You formulate a clear strategy and map aggressive steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
5 years of experience in B2B marketing or pricing analytics.
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, organizational, project management, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Master of Business Administration is a plus.
