Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing broadband customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for account inquiries, issues, and support.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell broadband services and products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive account management.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate broadband solutions.
Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service reliability.
Provide customers with updates on service changes, upgrades, and new product offerings.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
Use market insights to inform client strategies and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account status.
Prepare reports on account performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate
With or Without BPO experience
Excellent communication skills
WILLING TO WORK ONSITE
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
