Client Profile:
Well known BPO company that was established year 2005 by a multinational outsourcing in the industry. The company’ s goal is to expand their company around the world and known to be the most performing BPO company in the world.

Position: Sr. Implementation Specialist
Industry: IT BPO company
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 70,000 – Php 75,000
Schedule: Nightshift

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 3-6 years of experience managing relationships with software (SaaS) or services clients in either a B2B sales or account management role
• At least 3-6 years of implementation, managing or driving projects for customers
• With experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus
• Amenable to work night shift

Responsibilities:
• operate as the initial point of contact for handling several accounts while they are being implemented.
• Show that you have a thorough understanding of both project management techniques and the platform.
• Collaborate together with our clients to implement various products on our workplace platform.
• Lead a streamlined implementation strategy that adheres to the client's scalable onboarding requirements.
• Maintain perfect follow-up with emails, phone calls, and training.
• Provide captivating training sessions to ensure critical user roles are effectively onboarded.
