Job Description

● Responsible for effectively managing customer and internal stakeholders communication via phone
● Ensure 100% accuracy during responding on Business Communication done with customer over the phone
● Adhere to business communication language and etiquettes while reposnding on behalf of client or the company
● Responsible for being up to date on products, services, policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is supplied to customers while on call
● Take initiative to continuously enhance product, quality and technical skills.
● To provide support to customers for billing related questions and offering new products & services
● Responsible for maintaining data protection and confidentiality for all the parties involved i.e. customers, client and Sutherland
● Will coordinate with and support other departmental functions as and when required (e.g. e-mail, back-office, web chat, support etc.)
● Maintain high level of expertise, soft-skills and telephone etiquette skills
● Escalate appropriate issues to team leads on immediate / on-requirement basis
● Awarenes and meet the key metrics and targets.
● Adhere to company policies and procedures as described on the HR Handbook "
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
