Job Description

Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, answering questions, and providing product information to enhance their shopping experience.
Sales Support: Engage customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products, upselling when appropriate to meet sales targets.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, manage cash registers, and handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively.
Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-stocked.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working environment.
Qualifications:

At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
With minimum 6 months Customer service representative
Willing to work on site
