Job Description
● Prepares Requests for System Change (RSCs), including documentation of business requirements and highlevel flows
● Manage the bank channeling loan portfolio and maintain the routine coordination with counterparties
● Review user Stories and Customer Journeys to ensure the final detailed requirements of the features are correctly captured
● Participates in user research activities to ensure alignment of requirements with customer needs and desires
● Develops policies and procedures; reviews ITG documentation in UAT and production implementation, etc.; coordinates and completes risk assessment of new feature/enhancement with control units, identifies resolutions to mitigate risks;
● Prepares requirements for implementation such as BSP notification or request for approval, system parameter definitions, system access privileges (RSAP), etc.
● Assists Channel Development Lead in coordinating with other business units and external strategic partners to develop new features or major enhancements
● Prepares and reviews User Acceptance Test Plans and Test Scripts, ensuring all possible scenarios are captured
● Conducts and manages testing activities (User Acceptance Testing, regression, including smoke testing after implementation) and related reporting
● Conducts training/roadshows as necessary to various users of the application, to the team, and other stakeholders; finalizes tools/materials as a guide to users for new features to be implemented
● Prepares pilot program, operational readiness plan, implementation/go-live plan for new features/major enhancements
● Assists Channel Development Lead in implementing pilot program
● Monitors transaction and user experience after project implementation Risk Management & Compliance
● Participates in the regular review, monitoring, and assessment of the business unit’s process, risk, and controls
● Reports potential and actual risk events effectively and on time
● Resolves findings/observations noted by control units, in coordination with other stakeholders (e.g. ITG, Operations) until closed
Qualifications:
● Being actively involved in the setting/negotiation of loan channeling strategy and being the master of business flow (credit approval/loan disbursement/repayment etc) with active coordination with counterparties and various internal departments,
● Being able to be trained to operate risk approval and channeling operation console under our inhouse developed system,
● Good with numbers and able to coordinate with finance and operations on reconciliation procedures,
● Prepare the planning and projections to report to the management/BSP on a periodic basis
● Ability to communicate/negotiate, good sense with numbers and business flow, English is mandatory,
● Experience in Banking/Lending company loan/risk/channeling department or related experiences is required
