Job Description
-Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
-Familiarity in using JIRA ticketing system
-Has an experience using Zendesk and/or Five9
-Has an experience on proper onboarding and offboarding of machines with Azure Active Directory
-Work Experience in Microsoft 365 products
Responsibilities:
-Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access
-Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
-Troubleshoot all computer hardware and software issues, network and telephony issues
-Manage user accounts with Active Directory. Create and maintain user mailboxes on and other user software accounts
