Banking Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and negotiate favorable terms for banking services. Stay informed about industry trends and new financial products that can benefit the organization.

Capital Structure Management: Evaluate different sources of capital (debt and equity) to optimize the organization’s capital structure while minimizing financing costs.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to treasury operations. Prepare accurate financial reports for senior management that reflect the organization’s cash flow health.
