Job Description

- Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture through training and professional development opportunities.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements by overseeing the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other regulatory requirements; stay updated on changes in accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Audit Management: Manage the annual external audit process by providing necessary documentation and addressing any findings or recommendations from auditors.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements within the accounting function; implement automation initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
