Job Description

 Must have experience in Food and Beverages Industry.
 Excellent Communications Skills.
 Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes/standards.
 Ability to effectively communicate and coach to company requirements.
 Excellent people handling skills.
 Ability to apply correct standard protocol.
 Competence in managing multiple task and competing priorities.
 Physically fit with pleasing and dynamic personality.
 Strong team member attitude and customer service oriented (likes to interact with
people)
 Can do multi-tasking.
 Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
 Can work with minimum supervision and willing to render overtime work (if necessary)
Job Description & Requirements
 Handling customer complain efficiently
 Proper Handling of staff
 Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion.
 Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times.
 Deliver the updated daily deliverables
 Deliver the updated daily checklist
 Ensure the availability of store/branch enough man power
 Submit proper and organized records and/or reports
 Responsible in assisting in the implementation of new policies.
 Performs Customer Service and Administrative functions in a store setting.
 Submit weekly Report including the result and audit.
 Conduct monthly store audit/mystery diner
 Performs simultaneously hiring and training of staff
 Performs simultaneously performance evaluation to staff
 Count down your sales at the end of each shift and deposit money in the safe.

 Provide helpful answers to queries or questions offered by customers
 Furnish customers with helpful information regarding service time and special deal
offers.
 Ensures prompt and courteous service on every customer purchase.
 Conforms to the operation standard procedures
 Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned area / work station at all times
 Ensures operations excellence by adhering to the systems and standards of the store.
 Working in a team environment and must possess the ability to communicate effectively
with managers and co-workers.
