Job Description

SALARY: 100,000 to 130,000
LOCATION: Makati
WORK SETUP: Hybrid (2 to 3 times onsite per week)
SCHEDULE: Dayshift

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
*Proven experience in leading data migration projects, with a strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
*Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
*Proficiency in data migration tools and technologies, as well as experience working with databases and data warehousing systems.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address data migration issues effectively.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE POSITION:
*Data modelling and analysis techniques
*Design and develop data extract and load scripts.
*Validation of developed scripts.
*Good knowledge in Database especially SQL server, Oracle, and Cosmos DB (nice to have)
*Strong MS SQL and migration experience
