Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role.
-Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
