Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling meetings/appointments, managing calendars for supervisors or teams, handling the personal affairs of the President.

- Answering phone calls, responding to emails.

- Organizing files, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining an efficient filing system, processes insurance claims.

- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

- Manage incoming communications and route correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
