Job Description

Job description:

Processing reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services based on client requests
Providing excellent support by answering inquiries, offering travel advice, and addressing any issues related to bookings
Understanding clients' travel preferences and budgets to recommend suitable options and itineraries
Handling modifications, cancellations, and rebookings as necessary, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Preparing travel itineraries and providing clients with necessary travel documents, such as tickets and confirmations
Promoting travel packages, deals, and add-on services to enhance the overall travel experience

Minimum Qualifications:

At least HS Graduate/ Senior High School Grad(with diploma/Certificate)
With 1 years CCE International account
Must possess basic web navigation skills
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
Willing to work onsite
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
