Job Description
2. Oversee staff on a daily basis
3. Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
4. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
5. Ensures the proper cleaning and sanitation of all restroom of the Club.
6. Ensure that furniture and fixture of the Club are thoroughly cleaned.
7. Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
8. Analyzes the Club’s need for termination pests and other rodents and the application of chemical needs.
9. Respond to customer complaints and special requests
10. Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
11. Participate in large cleaning projects as required
12. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
13. Performs related tasked that may be assigned by the Superior.
