Position: Admin Specialist
Location: Pasig City

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Preferable with at least 6 months experience in administrative support or facilities
management
• With basic occupational hazard and first aid certification
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of safety regulation and procedures
• Familiarity with office equipment and maintenance protocols
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment.
• Flexibility to adopt to changing priorities and task
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Assist in the management and maintenance of facilities ensuring a clean and safe work
environment.
• Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability and inventory management.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols in accordance with basic occupational hazard
standards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid assistance when necessary.
• Support event planning and logistics for company meetings and functions
