Job Description

BS in Human Resource or Behavioral Science graduate from a reputable college/ university; has good scholastic records; with at least six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in Human Resource and Organizational Development, two (2) years of which in a senior role, preferably in the real estate industry; has high emotional quotient; people-oriented; has excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication, and leadership skills; computer literate; aligns with the organization's shared values
