JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 3 years of work experience in Business Excellence, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement under Finance and Accounting field.
✨ With at least 1 year of work experience in Led and Value Stream mapping activity
✨ With work experience in BPO Company or any related industry
✨ Amenable to work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment
✨ To build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
✨ To assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes
✨ To provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings
✨ To implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization
