Position: HR Support Specialist

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in holder.
✨ With 1-2 years of work experience in using HRIS Systems
✨ Has a work experience in BPO company is advantage
✨ Amenable to work onsite
✨ Amenable to work nightshift or graveyard schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To process timely separations of employment, status changes, and transfers within both ticketing and HRIS systems.
✨ To ensure that all changes submitted include the proper documentation, such as offer letters and approvals
✨ To follow up on outstanding tickets and ensure timely resolution of all HR-related issues.
✨ To collaborate with HR team members to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
✨ Assisting in generating reports and analyzing HR data to support decision-making.
