Job Description
Team Leadership and Coordination:
* Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, construction workers, and administrative staff.
* Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress and address any issues.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:
* Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
* Address and resolve any issues related to project quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field. (Licensed)
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and building codes.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
* Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus.
* Willing to be assigned to different project site within Metro Manila preferably near Tutuban Center.
